hya great vid, was wondering if you could give me some parts and plans on how to make the sight class and digital thermometer attacchment, i can’t seem to find anything that would do for the probe and stop it leaking, this is the only bit i’m stuck on, many thanx

Clint, great video, I like your brew stand w/burner, and false bottom. Do you have specs or details on how to build the brew stand? Where did you get the false bottom for the mash tun? thanks Jim
