I do not know the titles.
First place to inquire is UC Davis in California. This will be a an accredited University degree with lots of time spent studying things that have nothing to do with brewing. But the brewing related education you get will be world class.
The oldest and most prestigious brewing school in the U.S is Siebel Institute of Technology in Chicago. It won’t be Accredited but within the industry it is well respected. A google search will turn up more leads.
